Receive Notifications

Licensees and license administrators can now set up and receive system and/or email notifications for various transaction-based events: address changes, name changes, license status changes, line of authority additions/deletions, etc.

View Licensee Summary

View licensee demographics, contact information, license status, continuing education information, appointments, DRLP, OPOD, fee details and much more. For business entities, update address, phone number, email address and website.

For Providers

SBS for Organizations allows continuing education providers to complete original and renewal applications to become an approved CE provider, submit original and renewal courses for state approval, supply course rosters with program completion information, and view provider summary information.

Report Generator

SBS Report Generator allows users to request a list of data for a specific jurisdiction using a variety of search criteria. Users will preview the number of records and the associated costs before they are prompted to pay the fee, name the report and download the report data. Some of the data included in the report includes: license number, license type, license status, CE compliance, full business address, email address and line of authority.

Retrieve Previous Report

Go to the Retrieve Report Generator Report search to retrieve an old report by utilizing the PIN code included in the purchase receipt and email confirmation.

Report Queue

Sign up and login to SBS for Organizations to see a list of previous generated reports in the report queue. This list displays the report name, report status, report date, available until date and criteria.

Robust Selection Criteria

Robust selection criteria allow users to narrow the results of their data query before purchasing the report. All reports are created in CSV file format.
