SBS for Licensees

Print License

SBS offers free unlimited license printing for your state. Print your license by clicking on the Print License button on the summary page. The system will generate a PDF file that may be saved to your desktop.

Print Education Transcript

License Manager allows licensees to pull their real-time education transcripts. Transcripts will display what credits are required, what credits have been taken and what credits still need to be taken.

Update Email Address

Licensees may update their email addresses in real-time. You will need to perform this maintenance for each state in which you hold an active license.

Licensee Lookup

Licensee Lookup provides consumers, licensees and company representatives with real-time, direct access to non-confidential license information contained in state insurance department databases such as, license status, expiration date, license type, line of authority and business phone number.

Company Lookup

Company Lookup allows external users to view and access non-confidential company data contained in the state insurance department’s company database. Company administrators, licensees and the general public can search for a variety of company information: license status, demographics, appointments, contacts, name change and merger history.

Course Lookup

Course Lookup allows licensees to search for specific course offerings or schedules. Users may search by course provider, course category, method, start date, end date, city, state and ZIP code. Users may also access provider contact information. Providers can post registration links for their various courses.

Check the status of your new provider application submission by entering the PIN and transaction number included in your receipt and email confirmation.
